Jansal Valley Rub, Coffee and Chile Pepper, 2.5 Ounce

I originally bought this product at World Market and loved it so much I started buying it on Amazon. The Chipotle comes through nicely and is not overpowering to creole seasonings. It is a well balanced blend of spices to highlight the flavors of chicken, pork, beef and venison when used as a light rub or just sprinkled lightly on the surface. It adds a nice flavor to soups, chili and red beans/rice dishes as well as staple dishes such as jambalaya, shrimp creole. You wont be disappointed.

I got the Jansal Valley Rub, Coffee and Chile Pepper to cover a pork tender loin. While the pork tender loin was cooking inside of my oven, the smell of coffee and Chile pepper filled the whole house and outside of the back door with the scent. When the tender loin with the rub was ready the block red color remained the same of the coffee and Chile Pepper seasoning powder. As I ate the meat, I could taste the flavor of the Coffee and Chile Pepper. It was delicious and my first time using this rub. I'm going to try it on son chicken breast fillets next.

This seasoning is fantastic! It's got a flavor unlike any other spice and is wonderful on roasts and other cuts of meat.

Works different but adds a different good taste

Fantastic. Love this stuff. Rub it on meet then seer in butter. Add rosemary or sage and grated lemon zest. Add garlic. It’s perfect.

I love this spice mix. Use it to prepare a wide variety of meats. Especially good on crumbled bacon.

It has fantastic aroma as well as taste

I've tried many rubs over the years, and I must say this is my favorite by far.It's very versatile and can be used on a variety of meats; beef, pork, chicken.For those of you who don't appreciate garlic, this is a wonderful product.
