I don't think this item is hard to explain, it is compiled of scissors tape and washi tape. The scissors are very good quality and were perfect for wrapping gifts and opening them. th tape is very clear and perfect for wrapping, I also had plenty of tape left over after wrapping all my presents. The washi tape is good, I didn't use much since it didn't match y wrapping paper. I do want to say that the washi tape is very pretty and I imagine (for non-perfectionists) it is very useful. Honestly I wouldn't have been able to finish this years holiday wrapping without getting this set.

Has everything you need to get you started on that special project or wrapping those gifts. Scissors and tape are high quality and easy to use. I love the convenience of this pack.
