Q: Is this graphics card compatible with onboard cards to provide additional screens? Need 4 screens without the cost

I believe this powers 2 screens. I had a dell desktop with this card powering 2. I ordered a second, dropped it in the spare PCI Express slot and now have 4 screens in use.

Q: Can I get max resolution (3840x2160) in a 4K monitor with this card?

I really doubt it. This is a low end card. If you're going for the expense of early adopter 4k, better off shelling out a little more on card that is known to work well in combo w/ the panel you're getting.

Q: Is this card dual hdmi?

Good question ! No, they are not HDMI, they are dual DP ports. Again, they are NOT HDMI ! NO. You have to buy DP to HDMI adapter / cable to be able to get HDMI output ports (convert to HDMI), so be aware of this.

Q: Does this card require its own power cable to be connected to the power supply or will it run off the motherboard without any additional power cables?

It doesn't require power cable. Works from motherboard.
