Elkay EFRU30169RTWC Workstation Sink, 31-1/2", 16 Gauge

Love the sink. Don’t use the grate as it is hard to clean. Would be nice if it fit into a dishwasher.

Great workstation sink. Elkay has a stellar reputation and it did not disappoint. Nice price and free delivery, on time. Much more affordable than similar Kohler workstations and price was more reasonable than ordering from a local plumbing store. Yes, it does require some extra care to keep it clean due to a low slope toward the drain as well as having the protective grid over the bottom - but I rather deal with a little extra cleaning and have the convenience of the workstation setup with optional setups. No issues with rust. Installed over a year ago - No regrets!

I installed it about 6 months ago, while remodeling my kitchen. It's awesome. It's heavy duty and plenty big. It's deep enough to easily wash my bigger pots, pans, and cutting boards. I frequently use the strainer/colander to wash produce. And the rollup dish rack is always there for day-to-day dish washing and easily rolled to the side when I have a larger volume of dishes to wash. And it's SS, so a little Barkeeper's Friend from time to time makes it shiny new looking. It's a "Workstation Sink", just like it says. I don't think I have anything negative to say about it or even a, "It could be better if ___". It's a really good quality SS sink. It's Elkay.

Very good sink - functional, durable and looks great! I love all of the additional tools. They make it easy and fun to cook because I can organize everything at once. And the price gives you a great value if you compare to other more expensive brands.

The colander bottom is EXTREMELY SHARP AND CUT SKIN. If you put your hand on the bottom of liker paper cuts.Contacted Elkay and because I bought through Amazon they originally didn't want to do anything.They said no one else has complained. But after round and round they will send out another.I'll update after they new one comes in.

This sink is pretty, no doubt. I love how I can rinse veggies and cut them on the board and my counter remains clean. The rubber drying “rack” is great to keep things off your counter while drying. Negatives: it has nothing to do with the quality or design of the sink, but because it is sooo big (relative to a double bowl) food goes everywhere and I am constantly having to use a sponge to push it towards the drain. Hard to use the faucet to move food around as you can with a double bowl. Just something I am getting use to.Last but not least, I have never had a sink that scratches, but this one does. It is because it is “shiny” stainless as oppose to like a traditional satin finish. Again, looks pretty snd the scratches are at the bottom and no big deal for now, but I am only 45 days in! I hate using the rack that sits on the bottom (which does protect it by the way); it just makes it impossible to clean the food out of the sink.

I really like the looks of this sink. Still waiting for it to be installed. I bought an Open Box which said it was in new condition. The sink was fine, no dents. But make sure all of the pieces are there before the return window ends. Looking forward to trying this out in a few weeks.

I NEED TO HAVE SOME OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS REPLACED BUT NO RECEIPT IN THE BOX. tHE DISH DRAINER AND THE CUTTING BOARD ARE 1/2 LARGER THAN THE OTHER PIECES AND WILL NOT FIT IN THE CHANEL AND CANNOT BE USED. hOW DO I GET REPLACEMENTS?dEBBIE
