Delicious cup of tea, highly recommend.

Decaf tea often tastes funny, but this one is very close to the usual tea, although the flavour seems a bit weak. Still a good alternative to regular caffeinated tea!

Tastes good; smooth

I’m disappointed with the richness of the flavor. It’s rather bland. I love a nice spicy tea, but this ain’t it. I prefer the hot cinnamon, but it’s difficult to find in decaf. If you like a more subtle tea, you may like this one. It’s just not for me.

It looks like Harney and Sons, but it doesn't taste like Harney and Sons. In fact, it's tasteless. Several years ago, after enjoying a wonderful cup of Harney and Sons Decaf Ceylon Tea at a fine restaurant--it was the best decaf tea I had tasted in years, I purchased my first box based on the reviews. I'd hoped I'd be as delighted as I was in the restaurant. No. Nadda.So I purchased the more expensive version sold by the case. Wonderful! Worth the price.Last week, I got lured in by the cheap price and good reviews. Feeling the COVID fears about money, I guess, and feeling hopeful that the first order was a fluke. Silly me.The box is cheap. The packaging is cheap. The tea is tasteless.Just to make sure I wasn't imaging it, I had my husband assist me in a taste test. I had one precious bag left of the more expensive version and 49 of the cheap. I peered into the mugs he placed before me. One was clearly darker. Yep, I was convinced it had to be the one and only. Then came the sniff test. Hmm, no brewed tea smell. The lighter tea? Yes! That wonderful aroma I'd come to love greeted me. Then came the taste test, even though I didn't need one. If you can't smell it, you can't taste it!My husband, a fellow tea drinker, who drinks the hard stuff every morning because he is caffeine tolerant--so jealous, had the same result.And you know the end of the story and it's moral. You get what you pay for.Returning the product. Writing the company. I think someone is making a quick buck from hopefuls like me.

Feel that their decantation technology is better in cleaning "the staff" than the most alternatives available at the market.

I've been using this tea to make iced tea and the flavor is lovely. It's not bitter at all. Very good without sweetener. Occasionally, I add a little sugar free Peach flavor and that sends it over the moon!

Not going to claim it's an exceptional flavour but far and away better than any other decaf tea I've had so far, and an acceptable substitute to switch to when I've hit my caffeine limit. Would definitely buy again.

Avoid at all costs. I would have returned it if I could have. I would have left zero stars if possible.

If you think this item is like the classic Harney and Sons tea that you are looking for, ITS NOT and dont order it. You cannot return it and its tasteless.
