Q: This might be a stupid question but are these bones actually blue? Has anyone had problems with the bones staining carpet?

we have white carpets. Dog did eat the bone on the carpet and it left a colored spot. however it was easy to clean up and left no stain.

You did not state which size bone you wanted to know about, different bones sizes come in 27 oz bags. I order the mini for my Chihuahua, there are:44 mini bones in a 12 oz bag.97 mini bones in a 27 oz bag.130 mini bones in a 27 oz bag.

Today, July 3, 2019, Amazon is selling FOUR sizes - mini (44 treats for dogs 5-15 lb.), small (21 treats for dogs 15-25 lb.), regular (12 treats for dogs 25-50 lb.) and large (8 treats for dogs 50 lb. and larger). If you give these to your dog, be sure to stay with your dog until it has been consumed since some dogs are voracious eaters and could try to swallow the bone without more than a couple chews. You do not want your dog getting this stuck in his throat. This is the reason I won't give my dogs chicken jerky. I had to extract a piece from my shih tzu.
