2.5 year review: 5*. Add a tee and valve to the drain port.
A minor design weakness is 1 gallon left at the bottom because the intake hose inside the tank just rests on the flat level bottom. A wood block under one end tilts it some achieving only 1/2 gallon being left which is better, but still, the 1/2 gallon left is wasteful and covers your gloves and whatever the tank is resting on when you unscrew the drain cap to rinse. See photo for how I modified it to solve this problem. I removed the internal intake hose and replaced it with a longer 1/2" EPDM chemical-safe hose on the outside of the tank to a tee on the drain port. The drain port thread is standard MHT so a PVC FHT-to-slip adapter works very well and doesn't leak. The PVC tee is 1/2" slip x slip x FPT with a MPT x barb to connect the hose. I used a sink hole cover (one with a threaded nut and water tight washer) to seal the hole in the top of the tank where the intake hose used to be. Now I spray every last drop evenly. The PVC valve makes rinsing easy and I can fill up a backpack sprayer from the big tank now too. My power mixing paddle no longer gets caught up on the internal intake hose either.I extended the 15' gun hose to 40' by adding 25' of 3/8" EPDM. This saves a lot of time by not needing to move the tank as often as I walk over uneven rocky ground with the spray gun. i was unsure if the pump could handle that length but it works great and I don't hear or feel any signs that the pump is under too much stress. I haven't tried that length vertically, just horizontally. I ensure to fully rinse the tank, pump and hose with lots of fresh water, and I remove the mesh filter and rinse that every time too.In the first year I towed it using a zero turn mower to apply Prodiamine, Tenacity and RootRuckus on a 1 acre lawn 4 times a year using the boom. That already paid for itself compared to hiring a pro. The 40 gallons enabled 1 acre in one pass. The dosage is easy because most of the products state rate per acre in at least 30 gallons. Easier measuring means less chance of mishaps. Then I moved to a house with no lawn and now use it to apply Pramitol (pre-emergent non-selective) to 1/2 acre of uneven gravel and rock areas using the gun before weeds germinate in spring. In the first winter the gun developed little holes in the plastic and leaked. I had winterized it by disconnecting and shaking the gun with the trigger down, but evidently I needed to do a better job on that. Despite my user error they kindly replaced the gun for me as that happened inside the first year. It was an easy quick call to support with no quibbles. I now bring the tank, pump, hose and gun inside to a heated garage over winter to be sure. The boom is good enough for my needs but does drip for about 30 seconds after turning off. It's enough of a heavy drip to be concerned about overdosing in one spot. I called support and they sent me a different type of insert into the boom sprayers to prevent this problem (red instead of yellow if I remember correctly).Only the deluxe version has the pressure regulator and it's well worth it. It's a valve on the outlet side of the pump that lets liquid back into the tank. If you fully close it, all the pressure goes to the sprayer and the pump switches off when 70 psi is reached (just like the non-deluxe version). If you open the pressure regulator a bit, it returns some liquid back into the tank and the pump runs continuously. I don't use this feature to regulate pressure but to help ensure the liquid is continually being mixed. Further, if the pump is anything like well pumps, it should last longer if it runs continuously rather than many stop/start cycles.Really like the product. It works perfectly for me. Support is great. Original review was 5* and it's still 5* after 2.5 years.

Spray handle leaks
Had the unit less than a year. The handle is spraying where the plastic pieces are welded together. This is not a fixable location, so hopefully the company will replace the spray handle.

Not impressed with the handle
After having purchased this thing hoping that this would be the last pump sprayer that I would ever need I decided to take it out this year after it had been stored up in my shelter and I got everything hooked up and then I started to turn on the pump sprayer and there was a gigantic crack and the handle underneath the trigger button.
