RonzoniZiti Rigati, 16-Ounce (Pack of 6)

I am hesitant to use these - not great to find two of the six boxes completely open.

See the box that displays the pasta. The Ziti Rigati No. 1 has been cut in half. Used to be 2" and now it is 1". Called Ronzoni and they said that they cut the size on most of their pasta. I was told that they get many complaints that the pasta in the box came broken and would also break while it was being cooked. They said by cutting the size in half it would eliminate that problem. I have never in 70 years had this problem. It was not noted on the box to say "NEW SIZE" nor was it corrected on their web site. I for one will be looking for a new brand. I have been buying Ronzoi for at least 70 years and will never buy it again. When I cooked the pasta it would not fit in the bowl like it used to. The new size changes the taste, appearance and makes it look like you are getting more pasta. Your recipes will not cook up the same anymore. This was a very poor management decision.

this worked perfectly since i work over nights and buying in bulk is easier for me
