SwissGearSion Softside Expandable Luggage, Dark Grey, Checked-Medium 25-Inch

I bought two of these large suitcases to take on an upcoming trip. They seem to be very nice. The wheels are most important and the wheels on these seem strong and well-placed. They are big enough…I have been able to pack everything I want to take. I love the color. Not a red…forgot what the actual color is but I think it will be easier to spot on the baggage roundabout at the airport. The zippers seem just fine. I like the added pouches on front for last minute items. These seem sturdy, roll beautifully, size is great, color is very nice and the handle works perfectly. They arrived very quickly. We have used our Samsonite for years and alas, a wheel broke on a recent vacation. After many years of use…the pieces were looking well worn. It was time to buy new. I hope we have many years of use out of this luggage.

I have been shopping for luggage for awhile. I have had both softside and hardside luggage and was torn between which style to purchase. When I saw this set I liked the color and the design, so I decided to order it. I'm so glad that I did! They maneuver easily and are very durable. They are deep for easier packing with no wasted space and added zipper storage on the inside of the lid and sides. Love them!

I recently traveled using a hard side piece of luggage. Upon arrival in my stateroom and unpacking I noticed the case had received substantial damage to both top and bottom corners on one side.; three cracks in the suitcase. I debated buying a new piece of luggage for travel home but opted to buy a roll of duct tape to mend inside and out. Upon arriving home I researched many soft side expandable pieces of luggage and read hundreds of reviews. I chose this 25” piece in black because it had many positive reviews, was on sale at $40 less than same piece of luggage in several colors. I recieved this piece today and inspected it thoroughly. There was absolutely no visual damage. All the zippers worked with ease. Wheels rolled easily across both wood floors and area rugs. The telescoping handle raises to two positions but wish there was a third lower option. I’m 5’5” and the settings are a bit high for me to roll comfortably at my side; however, I can always pull it behind me. I can also easily maneuver along side me by simply holding the top handle that’s used for lifting. This seems to be well made and I feel sure I’ll get several years of service for travel. And, the black matches a carry-on piece I already own.

I took this on a 10 day European trip and it did better than expected. It fit in all airline overhead bins in America and Europe. Using vacuum bags, I was able to get 10 sweaters, 4 jeans, 1 pair of snow pants, and had extra room in the internal compartment for socks and other necessities. I even bought a light weight coat in Italy that we were able to fit in this suitcase for the trip home. Zippers are sturdy. The wheels showed signs of wear but this was after being dragged on the streets of Rome for over 30minutes. The handle held up well but does seem to be more on the flimsy side. However, it handled well through the trip with a personal bag hanging on top. Overall would recommend this carry on with large internal capacity!

We purchased this to replace an older carry-on that was about an inch to large to fit in an overhead bin.This one is entirely TSA and FAA compliant, and has the spinnder wheels which makes it a joy to use as you are racing through the airport. It has good capacity and has the outer pockets and can be expanded.We've already used it on one trip, and it performed perfectly. Great zippers and wheels. Durable outer fabric.

Excellent suitcase for a long trip or family. It holds a lot of items and has pockets inside and on the outside to keep items organized. The dark blue color and nice fabric helps its durability and will keep it from getting dirty like lighter colors would. The wheels maneuver well and with ease. The handle opens and closes smoothly and is a comfortable length. I’ve already traveled with it across country twice and it’s in perfect condition still. This suitcase will last me a long time.

Great suitcase! Went on a recent trip and needed a large suitcase for an extended period. Size was perfect. Rolls very easily even when full. Liked the outside pockets to put any extra or last minute things. Brand is a good quality. Held up going thru various airports. Bought during Prime days.

Best suitcase I have ever owned. No regrets purchasing this. I packed for one week and still had plenty of room in the suitcase. I love all of the different compartments on the inside and outside. The material and structure of the suitcase are high quality. I love the wheels. They make it easy to pull/push your suitcase with virtually no resistance. Rolling your suitcase alongside you is so much nicer than dragging it behind you on two wheels. The color is vibrant. Be forewarned that the lighter colors will show dirt more easily. I was able to spot clean the outside of the suitcase with mild dish soap and water after my vacation.The only thing I'm concerned about is the handle. You can easily raise it and lower it, but it doesn't feel very stable when the handle is all the way up. We will see how it holds up over time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this suitcase!
