Ultimate Reptileopedia: The Most Complete Reptile Reference Ever

The grandson moved on from dinosaurs to all reptiles. This book was great for him. Nicely written, illustrated and colorful.

Educational, full of fascinating facts AND visually captivating at the same time

I bought this for an eight year old who LOVES bugs and reptiles. She reads a couple of entries a night from this one and the Bugopedia. There is a LOT of information in these books and it's broke down in easy to read sentences and easy words to understand. Smaller children will enjoy the bright and colorful pictures. Older children will enjoy the information without having to ask too many times "What does this mean?". And even an adult with a curious child will enjoy these books as you get to explore the creepy crawlies of the world.I had a picture encyclopedia when I was a child and it was my most treasured book. And for right now, this Reptileopedia (and the Bugopedia) are her most treasured books and as long as she's satisfied with them, I am too. Next we're going to get the Oceanopedia.

My son loves reptiles and saved his money to buy a book that contains facts about them. We looked through a number of different titles, but this one stood out the most for good reason. It has vibrant pictures, interesting facts, and includes almost any reptile you could think of. The best part about it is we have had it for two weeks and he is just as interested in it as he was when we first got it, which is an accomplishment in our house! I would recommend this book to kids of ages 3 and up.

Great Book! My 6 year old son loved it!

This is a very well-organized, well-written book for kids interested in reptiles. I think it has just the right balance of visuals and text to be both informative and engaging. Now we've got to check out the other o-pedia's in this series!

My kids love to read this book and they get super excited to tell me about the reptiles they are learning about. My favorite so far is the lizard without lungs that just absorbs the oxygen through it's skin.

This book was way bigger than I was expecting it to be, which was a happy surprise! The pictures and layout of the book are great! My son loves all things reptiles, and I know he'll be so excited to get this for his birthday. I can't wait to read through it with him!
