I'd give it 11 stars. Not sure now how I'll use up my other whole wheat flours, this is by far the best I've encountered. Excellent dough properties, lovely color & awesome taste. I'll keep coming back for more.

Incredible taste and nutrition profile

The bread I made with this wheat was the most satisfying I’ve ever had enjoyed, as my family did also. I only wish the cost was so what more affordable for everyday use. Add shipping to it and I can only occasionally purchase this wonderful product.
