I've been dealing with an infected hangnail on my finger for a few days and ordered this stuff after googling what to put on it. I got it around 2pm today, it's now 11pm and it's already draining the infection! Not even a whole day and it's worked. I can't praise this stuff enough, I love it!The color is a little off putting but it doesn't smell bad like some reviews have said. I will be buying some more to have on hand since it's also supposed to work on splinters and mosquito bites. I'll also be recommending this to friends and family. I'm so happy with the results!

works great and fast, definitely worth it

This ointment is GREAT!!!!.. I’ve used it on my Boil and I saw a BIG difference within a few hours. My boil is no longer painful and has actually gotten smaller. I do recommend this product if you have a boil.

Product works well with relief in hours. This product is black and will stain clothing. Also stings like crazy.

This works great at working out splinters and calming boils. My warning is that it is black so be careful about getting it on your clothing so you don’t stain it.

Boy the formula has certainly changed. I used this particular serve a long time ago and it worked wonders. This one is not as strong and it's been taken almost 10 days to get rid of a boil whereas the old formula took three days. I would not recommend this product. I don't feel it is very good

Works exactly as it should.

I had a wooden sliver embedded under my fingernail, and it was very sore. I looked for a drawing ointment and found Ichthammol! This ointment, not only does what it say's. it does, it does it quickly!! I will never be without this ointment, it's good for many skin irritation's. it is also a great value!
