It was very easy for one person to put together. One little corner of a magnet was broken and I used gorilla glue to fix it. But I still contacted support for a new one because I don't know if it will last. They are very cooperative and are sending a new part.I bought this because of my cats. (I have 6) They like to get up on my hutch dresser to sleep and the cat tree I had there to help them up was falling apart. I didn't want to spend a lot on a new cat tree because I have several already. I added a pillow to the top of the cabinet for them to sleep on if they want. I added a scratch pad to the side, both with velcro. Now they can easily get on the dresser, onto the cabinet and then the hutch. And I get to use the insides for bath towels, etc. Dual purpose and much cheaper than a cat tree!! If I had room, I'd buy another.

After searching for a perfect storage unit that’s not ugly or doesn’t fit, I found this one. It fit perfectly and I was able to put it together with no problems. I took my time and was proud 😊May be ordering another.Holds my dog food cans and canned beveragesDefinitely recommend

Good storage capacity , nice height , not optimal quality, but does the job! Fits well with the rest of the furniture!

My partially disabled husband can't get upstairs (bad back) so we use the small 1st fl bedroom; he does not have enough closet/dresser space for his clothes on 1st floor & piles are always folded upatop the washing machine as the bathroom he gets dressed in is right next to it. The dryer & washer machine is about 55' LONG, and so I got this in white, and laid it horizontal and now have 4 good sized areas for him to stack his Clean T shirts, sweat pants etc! Or U can use for laundry, cleaning items whatever. Thing is I have to see if spin cycle is "too much " for it but it's heavy so think it will be ok & I put the foam pieces that came in the box, under it to avoid noise & scratching. Only downside, I am very handy, 69 yr old woman who can usually easily assemble stuff: this was too heavy and difficult for me; had to hire our handyman but so far I love it and good price!

We needed a kitchen cabinet, and this "fit the bill". We had limited floor space, and didn't want open shelves where dust and dog hair could settle. If you follow instructions and assemble carefully, you end up with an attractive cabinet.

I would give it 4.5 stars actualy if I could. overall, I was happy enough with this buy that I ended up ordering another, smaller one. once assembled, its pretty sturdy and at $80 I paid for it - having doors is amazing in this day and age of insane inflation prices. however, be advised that there are some blemishes, holes are not always drilled evenly (I used included hex wrench and didn't force anything, but couple of shelves bucked slightly at the point of the screw, because the hole was drilled at a slight angle. Some shelves inexplicably miss wood grain coating on the bottom, meanwhile the bottom shelf where you will never EVER see the other side - just as inexplicably has it. instructions can be a little sparse at times with illustrations not giving enough detail, so I had to go back to the listing online, just to see for instance which way the magnets should face (I don't have any other furniture with that style of magnetic closure, so I don't know instinctively which way it should be facing) - but once you figure out what goes were - assembly is pretty easy and smooth. and once assembled, it looks great IMO. I wish prices weren't all over the place though, depending on the color of wood laminate, you can end up with $20-30 price difference between the same model.

I ordered this on 10/3/22, received it on 10/7/22.The good:- The parts were labeled and numbered when necessary (not each duplicate wooden item had a label but one each of the shelves and the backs did. The top and bottom pieces and the left and right sides were also labeled).- There weren't any missing any parts.- I did receive assembly instructions which were located at the bottom of the carton.The bad:- It took me nearly two hours to assemble this. One reason it took me so long is because I am in my late 60s and have trouble with my eyesight. My vision was especially poor that day so I took my time putting it together. I also goofed up at one point and did a step in the assembly too soon (my fault, I wasn't looking at the instructions at that point) so I had to partly disassemble the cabinet before I could proceed. But another delay occurred when I had nearly completed the assembly, having followed the instructions step by step, and needed to attach the doors. That's when I discovered the instructions were faulty and had a major error: you cannot attach the doors AFTER assembling the body of the cabinet (as the instructions direct you to do) because it is IMPOSSIBLE to insert the door hinges into their respective holes in the shelves when the right side of the cabinet is attached. I had to partly disassemble the unit a second time so I could insert the door hinges into the shelves and then had to reattach the right side to the unit.- There was damage to each of the four doors.- The back inserts are on the thin side. They're not so thin that they flex, but they're not as thick/sturdy as I would like them to be/think they should be.Conclusion:I've included step-by-step photos showing the opened shipping carton and subsequent removal of the contents (photos #1-6).Photo #7 shows the bagged hardware (the bags came labeled).Photos #8-11 show examples of damage found on each of the doors.Photo #12 shows the fully assembled unit with the doors closed, photo #13 shows it with the doors open. The doors freely swing open and closed.Though not severe, there was damage to some of the parts so I've taken off one star for that. (BTW, I contacted Amazon support and they did make it right.)The erroneous instructions, which caused me wasted time and additional stress, resulted in another star deducted. I'd take off half a star for the thin backs but Amazon only allows full-star ratings. My 2 1/2 stars rating is therefore rounded up to 3.My photos have been numbered so you can view them in the correct sequence, if you wish.

Unfortunately, this came in a badly damaged box and most of it was missing. I did get a full refund. I put together what I could, and it would have been amazing. It is too expensive for what it is now.

Bought the wrong item and noticed it was also all scratched

Decent shelf for the price, Ikea type quality . The only issue is mine came with a broken side panel which is noticeable since it is on the exterior side . It was too heavy for me to drag back to the post office to return so I called amazon and they gave me a discount and then I covered the crack with white out. I asked if they could just send me the one side panel for replacement but they could not . Easy set up , I did it on my own and usually I am not very good at putting things together.

Purchased 3 of the 3 door black units. Minor scratches on them but it's not that visible. Material is sturdy but easily scratched so assemble on a blanket on the floor. Instructions look easy but seem to have skipped steps though after messing around you can figure it out.I used them in my kitchen to store flour containers, rice containers, etc. Note that your average cereal box will not fit in the cabinet as the height of each shelf is smaller than the average cereal box (sad since this is what i wanted it for but didn't think to measure). Though the shelf will fit my Staub Cast iron pots and rice cookers, etc.Only gave 3 stars due to the instructions not being clear (they're not IKEA clear though you mostly use an Allen key and a phillips screw driver.)Also, one of my cabinets has two of the same bottom shelves so I can't put it together since the top shelf is missing. I couldn't find a way of contacting Hodedah directly, so might end up contacting Amazon. I had to get TaskRabbit to help put two of the 3 cabinets together after injuring my left hand (not assembly related), and ended up paying for them to show up and realize that they couldn't put the 3rd shelf together, so i ended up paying for the time which kinda stinks.Otherwise, the cabinets are quite functional though I would likely get the 4 or 5 shelf units next for a bit more space. Price point of $76 each is a bit high for the quality but i was desperate....lol

The media could not be loaded.  It's relatively simple to assemble andnte instructions are easy to follow. The door mechanism is crude but simple and gets the job done. The doors open and close seamlessly. The wood is CHEAP, but you get what you pay for. Expect this material to scratch easily during assembly and prepare to use some wax sticks to fill in the scratches.
