Perfect fit for my Milwaukee
Perfect fit for my router. I honestly think that 1/4 should come with the router standard but am glad to have found one that fit and works well.

Quality Milwaukee kit
Just like the 1/2” collet that came with my 5625 router, the 1/4” works awesome

Worked As Intended
Only the one-half inch collet came with my router. Although my router is a beast and definitely overkill for a one-fourth inch bit, if worked perfectly and now gives me access to all my one-fourth arbor bits for any router I own. Excellent purchase.

Good product at a good price
I bought a Milwaukee router off of Craig s List. The owner did not have a 1/4 inch collet. He claimed that the router only came with a 1/2 inch collet. I found this collet on Amazon, so I ordered it. The collet is well made and it fit my router without any issues. This was a good buy. It arrived on time and I am very pleased with the product.

Improperly assembled!!!!
The joker in India that assembled this thing should be fired (yes, it's made in India). The collet was installed backwards in the nut. I'd hate to think of what would happen if someone actually tried to use it as assembled.

Mine was backwards too!
Like another reviewer's, my collet was shipped from the factory assembled improperly, with the collet inserted backwards in the locking nut. Ridiculous. I was quite nervous about reversing the piece without damaging the brand-new parts, but they are basically pressure-fitted, and can be removed and reinstalled with a pair of (strong) bare hands. Now it works fine, although I find installation of bits more of a nuisance than with my Bosch router.

Fits also on the European AEG MK 1400 KE
Searched for hours for a 1/4 or 1/2 collet for an AEG MK 1400 and this Milwaukee fits!
