Great Oat Meal Supplement
I soak them (two small scoop-fuls) overnight, and then drain and flush them through a strainer, and then dump them into a pot and cook them with my oatmeal. The taste is mild, but complimentary. A good way to rev up an oatmeal breakfast. Delivered on time and at a reasonable price. Nicely packaged. Recommend.
