Delicious.This is Spanish-style chorizo with garlic and paprika as the main (only) spices.The meat is darker than other Palacios offerings (as to be expected with aged Iberico).A bit denser/chewier texture than other offerings.

Was It Good Chorizo? Definitely. Was It Spectacular? Not Quite. The flavor was delicious, and it hit the spot for sure, but it was a bit too fatty for my taste. I was hoping for a slightly leaner, more refined chorizo experience, but it didn’t quite get there. Still, I’m happy with the purchase—it did the job and satisfied my craving. Just not what I’d call a perfect 5-star chorizo experience. If you’re okay with a little extra fat, it’s worth a try, but if you’re looking for top-tier chorizo, you might want to keep searching

Oh my God! It tasted so bad, I threw it out! I didn’t know I could return it!! I’m not sure if that’s what it is supposed to taste like. Maybe I need to buy FRESH chorizo instead of dried chorizo😩

Awesome taste and texture and truly authentic Chorizo from Spain. I bought these to compare them to the another less expensive package of 4 chorizo from Spain also found on Amazon. I could not notice much of a difference between the two brands but I did find that these do not secrete as much chorizo oil as the 4-pack chorizo does when left standing. But the taste is comparable.
