This is a nice bra, it fits well, and is comfortable.That being said , this particular style from playtex has a "minimizing" effect, that makes my breasts seem a bit more compressed than some other styles i have had in the past.But all in all, it provides comfort. Not as muchlift as i would have liked, being top heavy (42D) iwould have appreciated a bit more lift, but thatcan be hard to find in a bra under $20.This is very satisfactory for the cost, shippingwas very fast, and the price was right, this iswhy i give this bra 5 stars.Perfection is hard to come by with bras, butplaytex come pretty close in my opinion, withminor flaws to be expected.I am over all happy with the purchase.

I had never tried this bra before, and after a week of everyday wear, I may order another one. The fit is terrific! It took a couple of days for me to break it in. Like a lot of new bras, it was factory snug, but after a couple of days, it was a perfect fit. I was a long-time Wacoal underwire wearer, but I got tired of being stabbed by my bra. I switched to Natori, which I still wear for dress-up occasions when I need to turn on the high beams. This bra is a good fit around the sides, the straps are comfortable for me, and it gets the job done. The girls have stopped migrating South. Yay!

This is kind of a hard review. First off, the bra does fit. It's a little bit snug, but comfortable so that's a good thing. It's got nice support on the sides.I wore it yesterday, and let me preface with that I have Fibromyalgia, and with that lovely annoyance in my life, my skin is more sensitive to rough and scratchy materials. It's something I live with but that means that I have to pay attention to things that normal folks wouldn't really notice. I normally will spend more time looking at the inside of an item rather than the outside, checking out seams and making sure they are smooth with no pokey or rough stuff.The lace that is over this bra is a separate but integral part of the bra. It helps with smoothing, and connects to the straps to help prevent "droop". But, the edge of it rests over the edge of the soft cup part, and wow, though pretty and reminded me of my mothers tatting, it was the roughest material over some of my more sensitive skin. After a few hours, I had a reddened "V" on my chest and lines up my shoulders from the edging.I like the fit of the bra, but there was no way I could wear it all day without being in pain and reddened. So, I grabbed my best pair of scissors and cut off all of the lace on the cups and the edge of the lace on the straps. When I put it on again, it felt heavenly. I love it. I can truly enjoy wearing it now. I will say the padding is a little thin. Not really padding, more like multiple layers of material. You won't get all...lol, "pointy" but you WILL see some definition of hard nipples in a tight shirt. Ladies who aren't fond of being a visual thermometer, might want to ponder a liner.

I'm a big girl and as such am particular about the bra I wear...not all bras are created equal. I'd worn another brand for years but the underwire had become uncomfortable...Playtex 18 Hour bras have been on the planet since the first cave woman noted the need...so I thought I'd give it a try. I carefully measured myself according to guidelines I had been given and sent in the order.... Voila, it was a perfect fit. Not only did it fit well but was comfortable to wear and contrary to others' opinions about the 'cone' shape, it gives a nice uplift and smooth look. I haven't worn it long enough to comment on its durability or continued good look and good fit or it's washability but am hopeful that I have found a new BFF!

This is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. I love the comfort of the wide padded straps that evenly balance the weight of the heavy load. I always buy an under wire bra for the added support, but I thought I would take a chance on this one and I am glad I did. I get the same, if not more support from this bra than an under wire; without the indentation and irritation I usually get from under wires. I also love the look of it, it is very feminine with the peek-a-boo lace over the cleavage. For fuller figures, this bra is utilitarian as well as sexy. Way to go Playtex! A great alternative to underwire bras!I love this bra.It's not sexy looking or plunging or anything like that but it gives nice support and shape looks good under clothes.Nice straps that don't dig in and wide sides abd back hook area keep lumps and bumps away.
