EPAuto GP013 (CA10013) Engine Air Filter Replacement for Honda Odyssey (2005-2010), Pilot (2009-2015), Acura MDX (2007-2009)

This filter was an exact replacement for my 2012 Pilot, and the price was reasonable. Once I got the air box opened up, installation was simple. Air box access is a Honda issue, not the filter's.

I didn’t want to pay $20+ to have a filter change at the local oil change place when I knew it could be done for half the price. I ordered this filter and shipping was pretty quick. It arrived in perfect condition with no damage. My husband put it in my 2008 Honda Odyssey. Installation was easy and quick. It fit perfectly. No complaints about this filter. It’s been installed for over a month now and I’ve had no issues or problems. It’s also priced reasonably in my opinion. I’ll most likely order a couple more to have on hand for future filter changes.

Don't pay for a dealership to replace your engine air filter or cabin air filter. If you've ever held a screwdriver you can do this yourself in five minutes or less (and you don't need the screwdriver for the cabin air filter). Tip is do NOT remove the screws from the plastic housing (so you don't drop them into the engine bay). Once they are completely unscrewed leave them in place and lift off the top end of the plastic housing just an inch or two so you can wriggle out the old filter.It's so easy, and inexpensive, that I replace my engine air filter every year. Might as well keep flowing nice, clean, air into those cylinders for better combustion and efficiency.BTW, fits perfectly into the housing for my 2014 Pilot Touring.

I realized recently I have not changed the engine air filter on my 2008 Honda Odyssey for a few years, I checked my file on the vehicle and it was 6 years!The new filter is really well made and appears pretty similar to the OEM filter.The only bummer is on the Honda Odyssey you have to open the air box by unscrewing 4 screws on the box - this is a pain since one of them is covered by the positive battery lead and one is quite deep in the back of the engine compartment. On my other cars it's a lot easier. Anyway this has nothing to do with the filter just wanted to mention. Oh and it's a lot cheaper than having the dealer do it.There are great videos on youtube how to open the box and change the filter.Will buy this again once needed.

Installed on 2009 Acura MDX. It doesn't fit as tightly as OEM, pleats are a few less and not as thick. However, I checked both Fram Extra Guard and Bosch filters, they are identical to EPAuto. It seems to seal ok, has a good price, but may go back to OEM.
