Apparently, you can slap the adjective “Organic” on a product and charge anything
Not at all worth the price for such a mundane product.I purchased this for a meal for the special person, but I might as well have prepared ‘store bought’ from a generic bag.

Don't bother. I use it for thickening soup. Waste of taste buds. a blah product. Terrible Waste of money. I won't make mistake and use this product again. Back to Idaho products.

Prefer the REAL DEAL
No flakes taste like the real thing. I used these in potatoe leek soup. No flavor. But then again, if you want organic, accept the flavor. I’m sure it is a good product. Thank you

So garlicky-no potato taste. Overwhelms anything you put it with( except maybe vampires)
added bonus- gives you terrible breath for days. Just make plain organic instant potatoes!!!
