Coleman 10" Enamelware Dinner Plate with Wide Rim (Blue)

You won't chip or break these enamel plates, even if you throw them at your spouse! These 10" enamel plates are of a generous size so you won't go hungry. The enamel coating is easy to clean without worrying about damage. They are listed for camping but don't stop there.I bought mine to use for "everyday" casual dining. You will love the durability and attractiveness of this item. I would definitely buy again.

Fit a lot more food on them than they might seem. Unbreakable, you can heat food directly in them, or keep them near the coals to keep your food hot. They're not insulated (like most plates), so don't burn yourself with that camp stew.

It’s a plate so not life altering or anything like that.Will say, be careful, it’s enamel on metal metal conducts heat well) so when you put a sizzling hot meal on it and set it on your lap while camping, your legs will notice it. Bottoms gonna be about the same temp as what you put in/on it. Seen them dropped many times. Boiling hot soup in bowl (same type as this plate), and when they go to pick it up from bottom it burns them and they drop it. Just be careful.

There is nothing that I can think of not to like about these sets of Coleman dishware. They are metal encased durable ceramic. They will last so long that they can be passed on from one generation to the next and beyond save for the normal wear and tear such as a chip in the ceramic which would only happen if they were dropped from a significantly high distance. But that only adds character to them imo.

My recent purchases which I love are Coleman products. Its 10 1/4 inch Enamelware Dinner Plate with Wide Rim (Blue) is the greatest. I am not planning to use it camping or the like but only ordered it to use as protection for my table against heated foods served on a a regular Corelle plate, also purchased through Amazon.com. At about the same time I ordered a Coleman cup to go with its matching plate. It too I love. My cup is good for cold drinks but not hot since it would be useless to put this cup into a microwave since it's made of enamel. These products arrived well within the time-frame indicated by Amazon. I'll order Coleman products again if I see them on Amazon.com.

Grandkids think they are cowboy plates, they eat thing that is put on it!!

Purchased six (sold individually) of these plates for our RV. The plastic plates we were using didn't hold up to steak knives and knew these would work. There is a slight lip so that gravy or a little liquid won't spill over onto the table during dinner. They are sturdy and well-made but don't add a huge amount of weight to our RV. The plates wash up beautifully.

Works as a serving platter for hot or, cold foods.Love the color!!!
