I would definitely recommend this toner. I have been using it for years and just love it. I use it everyday twice a day after cleansing my face.

This item is not for me. I have dry skin and I need all the moisture I can get. This item takes it away. I didn't want to give it a bad rating because of my problem. It may work well for other people but if you have dry skin then don't use it.
