Don't waste your money!
First initial setup went well. Clock time was right, good picture and recording was good. Along comes the time change and the recorder is not set up to auto change with the clock. There is no way to manually reset the clock, therefore the recorder is of no use. When I tried to change the clock for the new time it completely went out of whack and was off many hours and could not get back to the original time. Good for TV viewing, and junk for recording. Be aware, you can only record the day of what is on, no advance settings allowed.

works great, but i am buying my 3rd one in a five year span? totally dies and needs to be replaced. for $50, i guess i'll keep replacing it!

Nice Tuner/Recorder
So far, I really like the GPX Digital TV Tuner and Recorder (TVTR149B) tuner.I bought mine at Menards on a whim, I didn't know these where available onAmazon for the same price.First, I used a SanDisk Ultra 128GB USB 3.0 USB flash drive with no problems.The tuner does a great job of scanning for channels.The video quality is also very good.The unit supports a lot of different video formats which is a great feature.As a previous reviewer noted, the resume playback didn't start where you leave off,but they said they figured out a solution that wasn't in the manual.When I find the solution, I will give the unit 5-stars.Additional bonus: Power supply is built-in so, no extra bulky wall-mount power supply required !!!
