i bought this to replace a bluepoint hex bit set i've had over a decade. this one is perfect. has all the smaller hex in metric and sae, torx, tamper torx, phillips, flat, square, pozi drive, even triple square bits you could possibly need. the ratcheting driver handle is convenient and the tee handle is perfect for extra leverage. best of all its compact which was a big selling point for me as i carry it in my toolbag i carry across jobsites when i cant get my truck close enough. really pleased with the kit so far and the price is very reasonable.

Great set with basically any kind of bit you would need. Proto is a quality company, I use them on my farm all the time. I had shipping issues but the seller resolved them, no problem. Good experience.

This may seem expensive, but it checks every box. Saw an instrument engineer break one out. I ordered it on the spot. Will be getting these for gifts for everyone I know.

This is a very complete 91-pc., Proto bit-set, with the ratcheting-driver. Comes in a quality, latched plastic-case, were all the tools, positively snap-into-place. Drive handle is very ergonomic, and comfortable in-the-hand. Shaft is knurled as an [resistance] aid to help in driving-fasteners. Selector switch: is set-to-the-right for clockwise direction [on], to left for counter-clockwise [off]. Center-setting is for normal, regular-screwdriver function. Drive-handle is hollow, and also; capped for a convenient bit-storage, if user so desires. Comes with an additional, bifurcated, duo "tee-handle" for differing accessibility apps [non-ratcheting]. Adaptors are supplied for using this driver in conjunction with 1/4" sockets, and a quick-release, collet-type extension. The bit selection is fairly extensive, and even, includes a wing-nut driver. No allen-type bits are included. Ratcheting-function is very-smooth. This Proto set, compares favorably to my Gearwrench counterpart. Quality-wise the Proto edges-it out, and the Gearwrench; wins-out by providing more ergonomic, extensions. The Proto is excellent-choice for being an import. Should be, well-suited for medium-duty usage: automotive trim, appliance repair, motorcycle maintenance, furnace work, etc. Definitely, worth the outlay.
