I use 1 Tablespoon of this vinegar, 1 teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnamon in hot tap water as a gut probiotic. It is equally good in yogurt where it tastes like lemon. Will soon be making a vinegar pie with it. The only organic apple cider vinegar that should be on the market. The health benefits are great. I can see it with my, skin and nails. It’s a great take for the pantry. You can add this sauces and dressings. It is not as acidic as you might think. I have added this to any cleaning products but I’ve used it as an ant deterrent.

I was happy that my gallon of vinegar's cap was safety-sealed to prevent spillage. It had white tape pressed over the cap with the logo "The Gripper - Helps Prevent Liquid Leaks". When I took the tape off, the cap was cracked (!), so thank heaven the tape prevented it from leaking. Nice!Can't live without my Bragg's vinegar with the Mother! I drink a tablespoon in a glass of water every night to prevent gastric reflux. Works great!
