Pleasantly Surprised!!
My 2 year old has been the owner of the Joker's Fun House Playset for five months now. I wasn't expecting much we I bought it. It seems toys these days are cheaply made and overpriced but The Joker's Fun House was on sale and he was starting to get into playing with figures so I figured to give it a try. Plus, he needed a villain for his new Batman Gothem City Jail Playset (which we LOVE!). I was pleasantly surprised with the Fun House when it came in. My husband and I couldn't resist playing with it first. We had to test it, right?? I really like the way Imaginext figures are made (and the comparitive Playskool Heroes which carry Marvel characters). They are made to take a toddler beating yet still easy to move at the joints. The Joker gets thrown about, run over, stepped on, truly tested and he still has all his limbs and head (unlike the expensive yet cheaply made Lalaloopsies). He loves driving the car through the doors and pushing the dial at the top to make the hand wave and the Joker laugh and his eyes move left and right. It's very easy to manipulate- even for a child younger than 3. You don't have to use the figure to turn it, which does help with fine motor tuning. The dial on the bottom to make the hammer hit the ball up the pole is a bit tougher to manipulate but it has a small peg to make turning that one easier. Or you can just use your hand to knock the hammer down. There's also a hidden jail cell entrance at the top of the Fun House. It's just a large square opening without a trap door or anything special but Batman still ends up being tricked by Joker and falls into it. The actual jail cell door is accessable in the back of the Fun House for when Batman would rather escape that way.The tongue door opens coming out, as if the Joker sticks it out. My son always has to inspect how things work and test it in all ways. His fingers get stuck when he pushes it backwards (the direction it isn't supposed to go). The age is 3+ and he's still a young 2 so I definitely don't hold it against the toy's manufacturing. I just wanted to let anyone with young, curious children know that there is a potential for that to happen. It hasn't hurt him more than the initial pinch and not enough to keep him from testing it again.Oh and the flag launcher is a huge hit! It actually works really well! After I showed him how, he loads the flag back in and pushes the button to launch it on his own. He loves shooting it across the room at Batman (it can come off to repostion at different levels on the play set).I highly recommend this toy. (My daughter loves it too- not just for boys! Great for all superhero -or villains- fans out there!)

Jail door keeps coming off
My 5 year old liked this pretty good, but the door to the jail comes off continuously and I have to keep putting it back on. Other than that it's a good toy

Its durable, thats for sure!
So my nephew really wanted this toy for Christmas and told "Santa" about it when I took him to take photos this past holiday. He opened it at my house and then I proceeded to take it apart so he could play with it with his sister. After a good 20 minutes trying to unwrap all the wires and plastic, we finally were ready to play. The house comes with a mini car that the Joker rides in, a flag and a mini-hammer that is used to hit the bell and lock Batman (or whatever toy that fits) into the jail/dungeon area at the top of the toy. He enjoyed playing with it, but he is a Batman fanatic and I'm sure thats why he wanted it. Its really not educational or challenging other than role playing with the Batman charachers. I will say that it is very durable, because he dropped it on the floor a few times and it still was intact! All of his Fisher Price toys are very durable and last a long time, so for the price and the quality I would recommend this toy.

Fantastic Toy!!!
These Fisher Price Imaginext Super Hero toys are wonderful---they're sturdy and bright and fun. I have a five year old out of state and a three year old grandchild that lives nearby. They're both huge Batman fans. Hallmark has an interactive storybook out now-- you read it, the child answers, and Batman responds according to the child's answer. The story is all about the Joker stealing a huge diamond and Batman has to go through Joker's Funhouse to catch him. Our Hallmark actually sells huge acrylic display diamonds. Combining the storybook & the diamond with the Funhouse completely thrilled my grandkids. They've been excited about playing out the story, but also about creating their own stories! When toys are this much fun and also so well made, I feel that my money is well spent.

Just terrible
It was a gift and when I got to me it was used not clean. Looks like they played with it before they shipped it to me.

not a lot of bells and whistles
My four year old loves superheros. He played with this fun house 30 minutes the day he got it. Has not touched it since.

Joker House
This is a great toy for young people (3+ years) who are Batman afficianados. It is very durable as proven by my roughhousing 3 year old grandson. He plays with it daily, along his bat cave, the little figures and accessories - Batman, Robin, Joker, Riddler, Penguin, etc. The latter are all available separately so they make good follow-on gifts. This toy and the whole complement of accessories seem to stimulate his imagination and integrate well with Batman-related books, cartoons, and movies.

Too Much Fun!
My little ADHD boy got this for his birthday and is having too much fun! He is very hard on his toys and this one is holding up so far. All the moving parts and bright colors seem to stimulate his little brain and he entertains himself for hours! Both my boys LOVE the entire Bat Cave collection!
