Totally in love w/this Martin house. Well built. I stained it white sealed it. I bought their steel pole. Ny Son put it up for me. We saw the Martin scout on it 4 days later. Hoping the rest of his family shows up soon😉❤️

I cant say anything negative about my experience with this item, however, when i was reading the reviews, some people reported a damaged product. I was concerned about that, and thankfully mine arrived in perfect condition. I will say this, it wasn’t packaged with any type of protective material. I figured this, if my package was damaged, i knew i could get a new one the next day. It’s a very sturdy birdhouse, just buy it! You’ll be happy! And its made in the USA!

Very nice product for the money

We bought this for my dad's birthday. Easy to assemble and directions easy to follow. We stained it before assembling. He loved it.

Arrived quickly, dried Cedar which is nice but a little brittle. Once it was painted and mounted on a pole it looks awesome.

First time buying a used product. Inside partitions were damaged. 1 broken and 1 missing. Luckily my husband made and fixed. Otherwise pleased.

Good size birdhouse, holes are a little larger than I expected, but it looks great with a coat of paint and some Thompson's water seal.
