Convenient & flavorful
The variety of mushrooms on offer, Shiitake cremini and others are a great convenience. Fresh mushrooms have a limited shelf life if not used immediately. I add the dried mushrooms to soups and they enhance their flavor

Horrible taste
I eat crimini mushrooms a lot,I bought these,followed instructions exactly as stated ,drained them ,and they tasted horrible .i was making spaghetti and no way would I put the taste in my sauce,had a kind of bitter taste? Texture was ok after simmering,but couldn’t imagine eating these.unfortunately I had high hopes and bought two…..I still can’t get the smell out of my stove area.

They were perfect for the mushroom stroganoff!

Awful chemical smell
I bought these to add to chicken and wild rice soup but I couldn’t even use them. Opening the package they have a STRONG chemical smell. I let them air out for about 20 min on a plate and they still smell. I’m not taking the chance of cooking them in my soup. Had to throw them out.
