However, I recently heard that peanut/seed cooking oil is highly processed under high temperature. I don’t know if that is true or not, but I will have to stop buying this. Though I trust Amazon, I wish there was more information on the label.

I do a lot of asian cooking and prefer peanut oil for flavor and high heat tolerance in our wok or fry pans.Super tasting for fried chicken!
