The Return Hardcover – September 29, 2020

I've loved every book I've read and movie I've seen of Nicholas Sparks, "The Notebook" being my favorite, unlikely to ever be surpassed since I am a retired old woman now with Alzheimer's in the family. But this one took longer to grab me than the others. But wisely, I stuck with it. This story is happy, sad, sentimental and heart wrenching. And while unlike a great mystery book, I saw some things coming, they were all still very interesting parts of the book. With psychiatry and mental health covered in the book, as a bipolar disorder person myself, I thought Sparks did an excellent job covering facets of PTSD and other mental disorders and am grateful to him for that. Mental health problems are tough enough without being downplayed or thought to affect very few. Very enjoyable read!

Wow a must read! Nicholas Sparks has out done himself!! Now on to the next great book! A + +

This story is not one to rush through. Instead, take it in slowly and enjoy the read. There are two storylines. One is a love story and the other is more mysterious.

Took me many chapters to get interested in this novel, but once I did I really enjoyed it. Sparks, once again, gives an emotional story for his reader. I really enjoyed this sweet story.

First book I have read by Sparks in a long time. It was a refreshing read. It was a great love story, even learned a thing or two about bees!I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a great love story.

Comecei a ler Nicholas Sparks sempre em inglês, pois ele usa uma linguagem muito acessível para estrangeiros e aprendo muitas expressões do dia-a-dia americano e também reforço vocabulário. Essa história é muito bonita, de amor, compaixão, desejo, determinação, boa índole e ótimos valores de vida.

A heartwarming and easy read, inspiring as usual with Nicholas Spark’s books. We can learn from it that everything has a time and place and every experience can be a learning one.

El libro empieza muy lento, y no te atrapa del todo pero justo a la mitad empieza a mejorar notablemente, con historias que te sorprenden completamente, al final te quedas con una sensación de querer una segunda parte.
