OFM 405-VAM Armless Guest and Reception Chair, Vinyl, Navy

Very disappointed in this chair. It is very handsome. It seems to be goid quality vinyl. But the cushion has zero firmness. Sinks way down in the center making it very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. If I had no back & knee issues it would be an okay chair. I tried their chair for tall heavy people thinking it may be firmer. The cushion is firmer but the chair massive and hard to position for me. This armless reception chair is a perfect fit except for the cushion.

Nice looking and comfortable chair for the office. Relatively easy to set up, but I wish they'd stop using the old-fashioned Phillips head bolts by simply including hex heads and a little wrench like all other furniture manufacturers do these days. Also, the chair is a little on the expensive side for the quality.

It's easy to put together, comfortable with a generous amount of padding. I have a bad lower back and most chairs are unacceptable for some reason but this chair never aggravates it.

I have purchased 5 of these chairs for my office and have been very happy with the quality and price. I highly recommend these chairs for your office.

The chairs seem to be okay quality wise so far... But they are very low and difficult to get out of because the cushion sinks so much. I have many elderly people in my office and they have a hard time getting up out of these chairs.

We liked that it was armless and comfortable. Our clients really enjoy sitting in them.

I have ergonomic challenges and have found this very supportive so far. Good padding.
