I had been looking for a good pair of dungaree shorts for a while. Given my height, I was skeptical that any pair I ordered online would be too long but these are just right. The comfort fit waist makes for an amazingly perfect and truly comfortable fit. My only gripe is that Amazon screwed up and sent me the darker color shorts but I decided I liked them anyway...and am considering ordering another pair in the lighter color I originally wanted. Wrangler is very good quality.

They have the look of jean material but not just the waste band is stretchy, all the material is stretchy. They are lighter than normal jean material. They are more fitted meaning the legs are not so big legged. I normally wear size 40, so I had to send the 40’s back and ordered size 38. I actually believe I could have ordered a size 36 and they would have fitted fine. I have not washed the jean shorts yet, so I’ll wait and see.

These shorts were a fine length and fit fine in the waist. However . . . there was a TON of extra room in the crotch. A ridiculous amount, in fact, where it looks like the shorts are falling off you, even if they're cinched at the waist with a belt. I think the only way these shorts would fit as intended is if you're six-foot or over. I was really hesitant to order these now since I know Amazon's getting swamped with orders, but summer heat's been cropping up during the days, so I took my chances. What a waste of time and money. (I guess this is motivation to try PrimeWardrobe? Lesson learned, at least.)

Really nice pair of jean shorts, love the extra stretch in them when you sit the shorts move with you, my advice to anyone who is thinking about getting them, do it, they appear to be holding up well after a few washes because I have been wearing them a lot, extremely comfortable.

Bought the sandstone color. Claims to be 98% cotton, 2% spandex; label says 99% and 1% respectively. But that's not my primary complaint - these are too large. Since it says "true to size", I hoped this was a no-brainer. Nope. These shorts are large enough to pull off EASILY with the button fastened and the fly zipped. Put a belt on and the waist is folded up all around. Thought they might shrink a little if washed and dried in hot: Nope. If you don't like to advertise your underwear brand and have your shorts dangling precariously off your buttocks, I recommend sizing down.

Great look and feel just like the originals. Have you ever been in the situation where lets say a 34" waiste was just a tad too tight so you move up to the next size? Then you find out the next size up, a 36" was just too loose and had a tendency to slip? Well this is where these Comfort waist shorts shine, a 35" waiste would fit perfect but they don't make them so a 34" with just a small amount of stretch in the waiste helps them feel perfect.I have been wearing the Wrangler shorts for years and sometimes you find yourself in the need for those in between sizes which they don't make or are impossible to find and these are the answer.

I ordered a pair of the Wrangler Authentics Men's Comfort Flex Denim Shorts to replace some older Route 66 relaxed fit shorts. Both pairs were 38" but the Wranglers' stretchy waist are definitely more comfortable. I'm 5'10" and the Wranglers hit me "mid-knee" while the Route 66 shorts went to top of knee. I liked them so well I just ordered two more pairs in different colors. They're Wranglers so I know they'll hold up and I wash in cold water so I know they won't shrink. Glad to find these at the end of the summer season. Many thanks to those who wrote such good reviews to help me make this choice!

I love the fit of these shorts. The little bit of stretch goes a long way. The legs are a bit tighter-fitting on these shorts than the standard cut and are about 1" shorter in the inseam so expect to see your entire knee-cap instead of having the hem cut across the middle. The smaller leg diameter is a plus. It helps to give a nice cleaner profile rather than having my thighs swimming in oversized leg cuts.

Great shorts bit on the big side would have been perfect if they had sent the colour I ordered sent me the dark stonewash even though I ordered the light stonewash would have given 5 stars if colour was right

My man is very happy with them and they wash up great - so that makes us both happy!!

Stylish and comfortable fit at the right price.

But 2 inches bigger than stated.
