Babylock Bobbins 12 Pack (BLG-BOB)

The product is described as “BabyLock brand.” It is NOT. They came without packaging (contrary to reviews that said they are in a nice case) or any indication of brand or country of origin. They are slightly different dimensions than real BabyLock bobbins, and they cost almost as much as real BabyLock bobbins. Rumors are that using off-brand parts in my BabyLock machine will void the warranty, so back they go.

I highly doubt these are authentic BabylockBLG-BOB. They do NOT come in a case with a real label like the real ones do. They come in a plain plastic baggie. For all I know they’re like the generic ones that I could have gotten 30 of for the same price.

These wonderful clear plastic bobbins fit my Babylock Sofia 2 machine perfectly. They wind very well and sewing with them is a pleasure. I use Gutterman 100% Polyester thread for general sewing and YLI Machine Quilting 100% Long Staple Cotton for thread the will show. This is a great buy!

A bit taller than the Baby Lock bobbins that came with my machine. No matter how many times I tried, I could not wind a neat, clean and useable bobbin from this package. The tops and bottoms of these plastic bobbins are thicker than the standard Class 15 bobbins I successfully use on a regular basis.

These were shipped in a bubble wrap envelope and arrived broken and cracked. Only buy name-brand bobbinsvfrom established providers who sell them in protected cases. These appear to be knock-offs. Am returning them today.

I was tired of having to empty a bobbin in order to put new colors of thread on (since the machine only came with two!) This is a nice product, has its own container so the bobbins stay within and easily accessible, and they fit the machine. Nice fit, nice price. Very satisfied.

,I would og gave a 10 if all 12 bobbins where there. Suppose to be 12 only got 12. Couldn't find any where to tell the vender.
