Nice quality.
Easy to assemble. Nice chair. But was not what I ordered. I paid for an adult size chair but got a child's chair. Adult chair was 200.00 child's chair was 60.00 on the idea website. After explaining the discrepancies and errors seller did make corrections and credits to satisfy this buyer but had to be quite abrasive to get them to stand behind their mistakes. They did make things goodI have to congratulate them for that.

This is my repeat purchase. My husband , 90 years old swears by it. Have one for him in every living area!

Ii had another one and it was geat.

Super comfy and feels sturdy.
Super comfy. Was a true IKEA product. Husband put it together in about 20 minutes. Cushion is good color and in good shape. Fits in a tight area.

No cushion
The description and questions say it includes a cushion. The first box I received was just the chair without a cushion - I tried contacting IKEA to get it sent but they told me to contact Amazon. Amazon said they can’t replace a piece so I had to return it for a replacement - the replacement also was missing the cushion so it appears that the product description is wrong or the quality control is laughably bad. Either way don’t order it unless you already own a cushion I guess, because you won’t get one with this item.

Protrudes mt head forward in an umcomfortable way, but neck pillow helps out with that. Wish it came with an adjustable head piece.
