This nightstand was a little difficult to set up. However, speaking as a 15 year old girl, it’s doable. I assembled this thing all by myself and it was a task. I done very well other than I nailed the back on the wrong way. REGARDLESS, if you are over the age of fifteen and have any more common sense than me, this should be a breeze. PLEASE keep I mind that the back needs to be turned around before you nail it. It is very sturdy in the manner that it can hold my fish (his name is Moon), my 100 lbs of snacks, my plants, my laptop, and other useless and pathetic things teenagers feel like they need. In conclusion, if you need a nightstand for a affordable price, I would recommend this one. I would give this night stand a 3 star, but for $49 I guess you cannot expect much.. so here is 4 stars for it!Relatively easy to assemble, you just need a hammer and a screwdriver. It does look cheap, but it's functional and serves its purpose.But one thing I would like to mention is the back panel. I saw on other reviews here that the back panel was missing. When I was half way assembling it, I realize my back panel was also missing! I called the customer service who was very prompt to tell me they were going to deliver another back panel for me. But then, when I was going to throw the box away, I realize there was a piece of cardboard inside, who first I thought it was just part of the box it was delivered. But for my surprise, when I looked closer, it was actually the back panel that was missing!! See attached pictures.Anyways, now I'm happy with my nightstand, even though the quality is not that great. At least it was cheap.

Alright. I bought this for my college dorm and here is what I can say:1) I didn't even need a college degree to build this. That's a bonus. I am not even majoring in construction or anything of that sort. Essentially, it was pretty easy to build. Just set some time aside because you might get frustrated. Maybe that was just me but oh well.2) It seems to do it's purpose. Great for a college dorm.3) I did find it listed on different websites including walmart and target. It was the least expensive here on amazon, so I went with that, but you should all smart shop!4) I got the white and spruced it up with a silver pull handle and it looks really cute! Keep that in mind.

Very cheaply made, but the major problem was the undersized predrilled holes for the drawer guides to be mounted to the sides. Also the screws supplied were blunt tipped and not pointed as shown in the instructions. After enlarging the holes and mounting the rails, the screw heads were too big and did not recess sufficiently into the rail countersink. Had to remove screws and find screws that did not limit drawer travel. Have assembled many furniture pieces without any difficulties but this was the worst.

Looks great, works great, sturdy, and good for the price. The drawer is the slightest bit off center, but it still works and is hardly noticeable.Directions and assembly were a breeze, I'm really not sure why other people complained... I'm a tiny girl and had absolutely zero problem assembling this all by myself. Also the wood pattern is meant to look a bit scuffed up... you can see it quite clearly in the images. Why people complain about this as though it's a defect is entirely beyond my comprehension. Yes, the finish bleeds a bit when wiped down, but how often are you getting this thing wet anyway? IT'S A GREAT NIGHT STAND. It looks great for the price, and works exactly how I need it to.

1-One of the brackets for the drawer rails was bent and missing a wheel. I could not submit a request with the manufacturer because the item number in the box was not recognized by their system.2- They sent me the wrong color. I ordered the dark gray (which was more expensive) and they sent me the walnut color.I didn't expect high quality based on the price, but I did expect accuracy in my order and not a useless product.I would not purchase this product ever again nor would I recommend it!

These nightstands are terrible. They look nice but are designed in an unusable way. The drawers will not open without having to hold the nightstand with one hand and tugging hard with the other. And it's not just the way I put it together. Or just a one bad drawer. I bought 2 of them and one came with missing pieces. So I still put it together and waited for the replacement. The replacement was the same way. It's the way the screws hold the drawer bracket to the cabinet. The screws don't sit flush top the bracket so when sliding past one another they get hung up. I even tried to modify it by only putting in 2 screws instead of 3 so they would line up better and be flush to the bracket. But they still would cause the drawer to get hung up when opening. It makes the drawer unusable. It sucks having to return them because they look great and match our room perfect. But the ones we bought as replacements are easy better and actually have drawers that open.
