Neither leaked, all was delivered in great condition!Product: some buyers are complaining that it doesn’t clean well due to the lack of lathering.. The lather isn’t what cleans your hair. If you look at the ingredients, water is usually always the first ingredient, which helps the product lather. We are just used to our soaps and shampoos/cleansers lathering, so when a product doesn't lather we just assume it isn’t working, but that isn’t the case. If a shampoo lathers a lot, it doesn’t mean it cleans better.. in most cases, it doesn’t, we just feel like it does bc we were expecting the big lather. This shampoo works great! The company chose to focus more on the product and functionality instead of the expected lather and I believe they’ve done a great job! I have thick, wavy and frizzy, unruly hair after drying it and I tried the leave-in conditioner as a sample and loved it!! So I decided to give this shampoo a try and I’ve found my new favorite! My hair is MUCH more manageable with this stuff! It’s softer and smells amazing!! Highly recommend!!

I like the way my hair feels after washing it. So fresh and lightweight and soft. The leave-in conditioners with this brand are amazing in conjunction it on their own. The shampoo itself is challenging. The consistency is normal but it doesn’t not get sudsy like normal shampoo in the first wash. It also doesn’t feel like it spreads evenly throughout your hair and scalp. It’s hard to tell if you got every inch. It’s especially challenging if your hair is super oily. I found that this shampoo works best when you wash your hair twice in the same shower. The second wash you can use significantly less shampoo and your hair will finally get sudsy. The smell isn’t the greatest nor the worst. It’s acceptable but nothing I would compliment nor receive compliments from. All in all for this size bottle it feels wasteful to have to wash my hair twice. I used this product for 6 months and 3 bottles to give it a fair shot. But I’m over it already. The conditioner has lasted me significantly longer (still on my first bottle) and I love it

I tried many shampoo for my heavy hair loss but didn’t have much success until I stumbled onto the Good Stuff shampoo. Almost instantly with the first use, the hairs that I used to see after shampoo at the sink diminished tremendously. I don’t use their conditioner just the shampoo and I am so grateful that I found it.

This is even worse than the conditioner. The scent is just gross, dirty weird floral. The texture is that of frothy dog vomit and even though it smelled bad I wanted to believe the hype so I washed my hair twice with it. I was left with dry scalp and wicked dry hair. My hair was so stiff and loads of strands were falling out I was freaking out as I have never had that happen before. 👎🏻👎🏻I threw it in the trash, I wouldn’t even use it to clean my toilet.

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo and the whole line. It doesn’t lather as much as a typical shampoo but it cleans well and doesn’t leave a weird residue or make my hair feel like wet straw. The smell is AMAZING.

The real product is great. Premier Trading Source is sending cloudy (not clear) filled bottles and the effect on hair is to leave it dry and waxy. Scam item from that seller; do not buy.

How have I been able to live without this shampoo?!?! My hair looks and feels absolutely amazing! Really brings out the shine and the smoothness of my hair. The scent that this shampoo has is a very nice soft scent.

I love the scent. It doesn’t lather much but I assume that’s because it doesn’t have the usual unnecessary added ingredients. My hair feels super clean after using.

No tiene beneficios al pelo, no hace bien espuma, hay que usar una fuerte cantidad para poderlo distribuir por todo el cabello, el resultado final es seco y sin brillo, como si hubiera usado jabón de ropa, con la desventaja que no huele bien.
