Kingdom Single: Living Complete and Fully Free (Focus on the Family)

I needed this book for the singles small group at church. At first I was hesitant but once I began reading it was actually a good read. Often times being single we feel discriminated against but this book encourages its readers to know that they are complete in Christ.

Amazing read, definitely recommend to all singles and those who are engaged to be married.

Excellent book! Tony Evans hit this out of the ballpark. I really loved all of his analogies (even the football ones and I know nothing about football!). It challenged me to really seek out my purpose before God as His child during my walk as a single woman. I loved this book so much that I recommended it to all of my Single Christian friends.

The Lord placed this book on my mind. I'm glad I listened. Kingdom single is a must read for every single. Even if your not a Jesus follower, you should still read it. The book reminded me that I'm complete in Jesus Christ! I don't need a boyfriend or husband to complete me. I'm already complete! Kingdom Single recentered my mind to the present, instead of thinking of the future. Being single is the best time to work on you!

This book was surprisingly helpful, practical, and left me feeling inspired. Being single in the late 30’s is tough, but this book by God’s grace has given me a 2nd wind. I’ve read almost every type of Dating book, “The Rules, Steve Harvey, The Wait, Dating Manifesto, Not Married Yet....etc. but this is the first one with a different message. The message is: live your life for God NOW, husband or not. Stop letting the desire for marriage ruin your life and joy.

I throughly enjoyed Kingdom Single! Tony Evans supported each chapter with scripture evidence and that is exactly what I like to read when reading biblical books.

I wish I could give it more stars. Well written, numerous Biblical references, transparent and gentle. Tony doesn't sugarcoat anything. He presents it in a loving way that encourages the reader. He reminds us that God is faithful and desires a relationship with us.
