Iasa Branzino Grigliata Seabass in Olive Oil

This product is delicious and versatile. It is a staple in my pantry. I have a special salad I use this in as well as other dishes. It is a bit pricy but worth it. And it is less expensive on amazon than in specialty stores. It arrives very quickly.

This is an expensive fish item, but worth it. I eat it with salad and maybe bread. One can for two meals. Truly delicious.

good stuff

I am not a fish eater at all. However, I try to get some in my diet just so that I get my omega-3 fatty acids. This is by far the best fish I have ever tasted. I can eat it straight from the can or on top of crackers is fantastic. It is smooth, silky in texture and with a slight grilled flavor. None of the fish taste that I detest. TIP: I always buy mine from Zingerman's. However, I wait until the Summer sale when it usually goes for around $8.00

I used this sea bass in with spaghetti, prosciutto, tomatoes, garlic and parsley - DELICIOUS!!

I like to keep some tins of this bronzino (sea bass) around as a quick ingredient to add to a salad or pasta dish instead of tuna or chicken. It’s more elegant than tuna and can be an alternative with a little mayo or lemon juice. It also is good as an attractive tasty fish course on its own or complemented with a few vegetables. Packed in olive oil, the fish has a long shelf life. Mine arrived with four years left on it, so I reordered and stocked up to keep it on hand. Caputo ships it quickly, and provided lots of tracking emails. My order arrived two days after shipping. It’s a premium product that’s well worth the price.
