I love, love, love this bread! It was recommended to me by my cousin — and she was so right. The slices are large, so I cut them in half before I toast it — and sometimes twice because it takes a little longer to toast. My favorite way to eat it is with a little avocado smeared on it, sprinkled with salt and cayenne and some scrambled eggs. Don’t judge my preferences! The fiber content is so high, it doesn’t spike my glucose and it’s very filling and satisfying. You can pick it up at Whole Foods for half the price it’s sold on Amazon.

This bread is not very good. It was very grainy and dry. I tried to use it plain and it just crumbled. I tried to toast it hoping it would add firmness and help with the flavor…it didn’t.

So look, obviously from the reviews fitness bread is polarizing and not everybody likes it. However, I do enjoy fitness bread and this is much better than the brands I've had before (to the extent that I was moved to write a review of a loaf of bread) -- something about the taste is just right. My partner loves it too and won't stop raving about it.

I was looking forward to this for avocado toast. It had a super sour taste. I tried toasting it and it still had that sourness. Not sure if it's similar to a sourdough or I just got a bad batch, definitely not for me.

Sadly the bread was broken at the bottom of both loaves. That tells me it's not handled well from original sender or the packaging was not suffient enough to protect the product.

Can't stand it tastes awful

This bread is addictive! I love it toasted with just butter or with cheddar cheese.
