Winco 2/3 Size Pan, 2 1/2-Inch,Stainless Steel,Medium

This is exactly the same quality pan as I have used in multiple restaurant and hotel kitchens. The metal is thick and solid. Easy to clean. Great addition to my personal kitchen arsenal. Great size for a large batch of stew or even a whole chicken.

This is exactly what it needs to be, and nothing more. The dimensions are true to spec, and exactly match industrial applications. Overall, it's a highly durable and economic solution to meet your needs. It might have a slightly thinner gauge than what you are used to in high-end or high-volume locations, but this will do the job, no question.

I was using a longer pan of the same kind but this works fine too and uses less litter. My cat seems to like it. She hasn't had any accidents.

I needed a big metal container for my Mastiffs raw foods/raw meat meals that I hold for a 3-4 days in the fridge. I purchased the lid separately, which completely covers the top. The metal container remains really really cold which is great for keeping the raw meat from spoiling as quick as it would when stored in plastic Tupperware or even glass. It’s also easy to clean and lightweight,

Having worked in the culinary field for some years I understand that things happen and that pans like this are consumables. However, to get a corrosion pin hole in it after the first use is pitiful. I used it as a catch pan in my smoker. After letting it fully cool down I poured out the drippings and then hosed it out. I used a conventional spray on detergent to clean the interior surface, rinsed it out and then brought it indoors to clean the remaining stuff from the interior of the pan. After wiping out the pan and rinsing it out I noticed the small hole in the bend of the wall. I am not impressed with the quality of the pan. I should have gone for a Volrath pan instead.

Makes a great litter box... I assume it'll last forever.... doubt I'll ever use it for cooking though...

The pan is ok for what we purchased it for, but pay attention it's not made of stainless steel but is made of some other type of metals with stainless steel "finish" only. After using it, pan has already turned black/blue from heat and also has very sharp edges all the way around when you are washing it, watch your fingers! I bought another one of these a smaller version within days of each other (hadn't received the first one yet) and it's the same material of course and super sharp edges too. If you are truly looking for high quality stainless this is not your pan.

Excellent pan for boiling down maple sap into maple syrup over an open pit fire.

Satisfactory delivery and quite adequate domestic home food sized pan. The pan longevity may need to be proven over future kitchen usage.
