Bait and switch
For now the Senco FinishPro 18 is a good tool to have. My problem is not the tool itself, but the advertised items that were to be included. When I got the nailer, very quickly I might add, it was missing the case and oil that were to be included according to the product description. I contacted Amazon by e-mail and they contacted the seller who was not the listed seller in the Amazon posting. Posting says shipped from and sold by Supreme Hardware. Mine, and all communications, was with Hardware Sales Inc. Hardware Sales Inc. told me the Amazon posting is a generic posting and the suppliers have no control over its wording. I had checked Senco's website many months ago, the case and oil are included (I research months before I purchase many items). Thus the bait and switch, in my opinion. Hardware Sales Inc. offered to credit $20.00 for the case they were not selling or let me return the nailer on their dime. I made a counter offer. We did reach an agreement.I feel I was taken on 3 points;1. the final seller was not the advertisied seller.2. there was no case and no intention of supplying a case.3. there was no oil.Oil is cheap and bought anywhere, when I could find some sort of dollar figure on the internet for the case, it was $22.00 plus shipping.Hardware Sales Inc. was very quick to ship and address the problem. The nailer itself should last me a long time and deserves more then the 1 star rating I have given.

Great gun
I use this gun everyday for installation of trim work. I install crown moulding, baseboards, and casing. I've used Porter Cable, Dewalt, and Hitachi and this Senco is the best. I love that it's more quiet than the rest, the air doesn't blow right into your face, and also the holes it leaves behind are alot smaller than what the others leave. Those are the three main reason I love this gun.

Another brand gone down the cheap road
I have used senco guns for 30 years as a professional and have run many millions of nails thru them .its a sad day to see them drop there quality in order to make them cheaper for the masses this gun is made of plastic does not countersink the nails on a reliable basis had trouble getting it to shoot in hard places and there is no dry fire lockoutsent it back to amazon and bought an industrial gun that works great
