It's 100 grams (~ 1/4 pound) heavier than similar competitor part
I have used similar parts several times (Nash..., Dimens...) Probably from the same Chinese company. The forgings look pretty much identical. These work just fine. Very importantly, and the reasons I have purchased them in th epast and this time are:1. Fits in 1" steer tube fork (22.2 mm I.D.) fork2. Design allows disassembly of the bars without removing tape/brakes/brifters. Remove the 2 socket head cap screws and you may remove the whole bar without stripping any stuff off it, nor do you need to wiggle and scratch up a nice bar to install on a 1 bolt stem. What I hate is the weight. It is hefty. If you are retrofitting a hybrid or department store bike, this doesn't really matter one bit. If you are like me and want to change the control geometry and fit at light weight ON A VINTAGE COMPETITION LEVEL BIKE WITH 1" FORKS, then this product's weight is a problem. ~ 385 grams on the display card.Finish is acceptable at the price point. Don't expect high end attention to detail and you will not be disappointed.A nice touch with this part is that the designer thoughtfully added a brake cable stop hole. Useful if your bike's headset stack isn't long enough to accept a steer tube brake cable hangar. I suppose the routing is bad, but better than nothing. There is another supplier of 1" riser type quill stems. Profi.... I bought one of their stems for my project. This one is going into the spares bin.

Dimensions
Dimensions:The "product dimensions" appear to be the overall package dimensions. The stem that goes into the steerer tube is 7/8" diameter and is about 4.9" length from the bottom of the tapered nut to the shoulder that provides a minimum height stop. The overall length from the bottom of the nut to the cap that covers the screw access hole in the top is about 7.5". The handlebar clamp is for a 1" handlebar. It's about 3.35 inches from the center of the handlebar clamp to the center of the vertical stem measured along the slanted part. Have not installed it yet on my 80's vintage Trek mountain bike, but looks like it will fit. I was looking for something with more vertical height, but this looks to be pretty good quality, so gave it 5 stars anyway and will try it out.

Exactly what I was looking for
I'm a very tall rider that rides a flat bar road bike and I wanted to have the bars up just a little bit so I could keep my elbows bent properly. This thing did it. The double clamp is awesome too because if you ever want to take your bars off for any reason you don't have to remove the grip to do so. Quill stems are kinda stupid, but if that's what your bike takes, this is a great way to take some pressure off.

Origin8 has done it again!
This stem is the right balance of cost versus craftsmanship. I looked high and low for an ergonomic stem that had been manufactured well enough to smooth out the welds that some other companies leave rough. Once installed, the stem transformed the commuter bike I was building out of an old cannondale ten speed into a modern Dutch style. Origin8 products don't disappoint, I highly recommend it for converting older bikes into a less agressive handlebar position.

While the description is a bit confusing, the stem itself is fine.
While the description is a bit confusing, the stem itself is fine.Lightweight, nice buffed out shine to it, well made.Fits my old ‘74 Raleigh Super Course Mark II perfectly. The handle bar bolts are a little tricky to line up, (be careful not to x-thread) but the tolerances are good & tight. To be clear:The stem is 22.2mm.The handlebar bracket is 1” (25.4mm)

much better now
very nice upgrade from the standard adjustable junk necks that come standard on many lower range comfort bikes, solid build and looks great. couple of pics, 1 of oem neck and a few of this one, lost a couple inches in rise but feels 1000% more solid.

Nice but wedge was slightly misshapen
Works on my 1995 Specialized Crossroads hybrid with cantilever brakes, but I had to remove the wedge (bottom ridged portion) from my old stem and put it in this one for it to work. The wedge on this stem was slightly misshapen so that it didn't fit perfectly, and I could never tighten the stem enough.Once I replaced this part with the part from my old stem, it fit inside the bike and tightened up correctly.

nice handlebar stem
I like the design of this handlebar stem. Allen head bolts allow for easy install of handlebars. Size of stem is perfect for most of the older ten & twelve speed bikes out there. Essential part for converting old drop handlebar bike to upright handlebars. Very good fit & finish. Put some upright handlebars on your old bike. It's a wonderful thing.
