Q: will this fit a 10" blade x 2" wide bowie?

I doubt it. This is custom made for the Laredo Bowie which is about 1/1/2 wide , length wise it would but the guard on the Laredo fits in the groves at the top which keeps it from falling out . But you could look up the seller on the net, they make these and others and might be able to make one to fit you knife . I have the Natchez bowie also and have a sheath made for it by them bought it on Ebay .

Excellent tactical sheath

I received this sheath and was amazed with its construction. Definitely exceeded my expectations. It has three mounting orientation options and heavy duty hardware to secure the belt clips; horizontal vertical or quick draw is possible. The Laredo Bowie fits perfectly in this sheath, and locks into the grooves of sheath - its impossible to shake loose; the tension is adjustable. The lining also will not scratch your Bowie.
