Shaggy Collection Solid Color Shag Area Rugs (Black, 5'x7') (4013)

I recently moved into a new tiny house with neutral colors, looking for ways to add some color. This rug fits the bill!True to size, great shag pile, no shedding and color is accurate. It also helps reduce the echoes caused by wood floors and high ceilings. There is an odor that I'm sure will dissipate with time and air freshener. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Awe what a beautiful rug this is. I placed it in front of my sofa in my living room and it just brings the entire room and it's décor together. Very pretty and plush. Easy to vacuum and of good quality. I was kind of concerned before purchase that because of the price and the size it would not be the same as what it seemed to be in the picture but I was wrong. I am very glad I purchased. Delivery was great as well. Packaged well so that it wouldn't get dirty in transit. NO Complaints at all. Will purchase again if need a rug this size.

Daughter loves the color and it goes perfectly with curtains I bought at Walmart for her room. It does unroll from the package with lots of lumps and is starting to smooth out after a few days. Photos are before and after a good vacuuming. I do have a few complaints....the corners of the rug are not well covered so has white paperish material sticking out which is very noticeable on such a bright color. Took a marker and colored them so made it better. The one edge of the rug does not seem to be woven as tightly as the other so put that edge under the bed. Finally this rug scoots badly on the wood floor so have to anchor it under furniture otherwise it will take you for a ride when you step on it. Needs better backing. For the price it could be a little bit better quality as I would not want it in my living room, but for a 9 year olds bedroom it will work fine until she changes her color choice again.

I must say, I wasn't really expecting much for the price of this rug, but my expectations were definitely exceeded. I am building a small 8' x 5'5" recording studio, and I needed something snazzy to cover most of the floor space and make it feel "homey". This most certainly did the trick.I didn't think the color would be as true to the pictures, but it is. It might actually be a bit better. It's a dull kind of black and has a subtle salt&pepper kind of vibe going on. Sometimes I cry when I listen to "Push It" by myself.

Be forewarned, the “navy blue” is not navy at all.. it is blue.. like the crayon blue. It is not even close to navy. The rug itself is okay, I have bought these types before when not wanting to spend a lot of money on a quality shag. They are very..very..very short shag, I knew this going in, but if you are expecting fluffy shag, this is not for you. Nice enough, wish it was the actual color of navy. Not a fan of just blue.

This rug was a great price and fits perfectly in my bedroom. It's very soft fibers. The only suggestion I have is if you have a high traffic area that you will be putting it in is to get a mat to prevent slipping if it's on hardwood. I had read so many bad reviews before ultimately deciding to try it out and I'm so glad I did. The new carpet smell is not overwhelming as some have stated and it is very thick and cushy under the feet.

I love this carpet and color. The carpet is very soft and is excellent to sit on or to let a baby play on.The color is a bit darker than the picture, but the photo does not do it justice. It looks scratchy in the picture but it really is soft and a nice addition to our living room.It was shipped in a large box and after unrolling it. It took about 2 hours to be truly flat, so pretty quick !I would buy this carpet again and I would recommend to my friends !

First--the rug was very well packaged: well-protected, but it did not take me an hour and a half to unwrap it, as sometimes happens. Further, it is a nice rich, vibrant navy blue, not too bright, a true navy-- but not dark or dull. A decently thick loop, great quality in a moderately priced rug. I got it to protect my hardware floor, and did not realize it would look so very nice in the room.
