No egg necessary, and we typically use cold leftover coffee from the pot for the liquid instead of milk with no loss of quality. Intense flavor, not sweet

Was so excited to get this in today! Made my homemade brownies right away & they were as delicious as only Hershey’s Cocoa can make them! Since it’s become unavailable at the stores lately, I was thrilled to find the bulk amount on Amazon. BThank You!!

Although I personally like Giardelli's cocoa better, this Hersheys will suffice for most baked goods. It is usually cheaper than the better brands but overall is good enough.

All stores in my area have no Hershey cocoaPer one store there is a shortage of HersheysThis was the best price that I could find, but 5 lb is a lot of cocoa!Maybe I can freeze it

Size keeps decreasing but cost keeps escalating. Hershey is too expensive for a future purpose but I got this for a free rebate. I recommend if you can get affordable. Otherwise Aldi makes a great off brand, that runs circles around Hershey. Basically watch cost per ounce. Bags get you more for money
