I'm happy with these terrific looking outlet plates...it's the look I wanted. Just great!

This is the perfect replacement for the charger that finally gave up the ghost. This charger actually charges my battery faster than the original and it is Acer branded. Haven't had a single heat issue with it and the cord is long enough for almost any application.It worked great for almost a year and then the cord supplying power to the brick separated at both ends. It then proceeded to twist the three encapsulated wires together every time I would move the laptop and plug it in. Then sadly in January 2013 the insulation came off the ground wire and the Hot wire and I had a fireworks show. I am not saying it is defective It did last for quite some time with no issue and I believe it was just wear and tear. I made a new cord for it and the brick is still working perfectly.I do not encourage anyone to try to make a power supply cord, however just buy a new one if the sheathing separates at either end. I have the tools and technical knowledge to make the cord safely.

It is too thick, it will leave space between outlet and drywall.

These switchplate covers were exactly what I was looking for to go on a brick wall in my kitchen. They look like slate of some sort but are actually polyresin (I think.) Had to drop to 4 stars as I needed 5 covers (2 x Doubles, 2 x Singles, and 1 x Triple). Unfortunately the Doubles and Triples all match but the singles are a different color although same brand and (color/style) name. I will have to repaint all to make them match.

The prices on Amazon are just about the same as Home Depot. The Color is slightly darker than how my computer display shows the switch plate . . . I would call it a muddy brown color, very similar to the color of the clay you see people making pots on a potter's wheel. They are some type of relatively thick plastic, with a metal back plate. Quite substantial. They look very much like a piece of layered stone and I'm very pleased with them.

I'd been having trouble getting a replacement cord that works reliably with my Acer Aspire 5570z. I've tried a few and I always have to move it around and in/out and get the cord *just so* and not move anything for it to work.I'm pleased to report that this cord works like the original: I plug it in and it powers my laptap whether I move it around or not. Finally! It's a relief to have a cord that always works.I just got it, so it's too early to report on reliability, but, based on reviews here, it seems like some people have had problems in that area. I'll amend this review if it goes bad on me, but the build quality seems fine and it works great out of the box.

I am a web designer so I was out a couple of days with my power cord having a short in it. I'm happy it works now due to this new charger.This charger is great, I've had it for a 3 weeks now and only thing is that the cord is peeling from the outlet side and the charger side. It's not a big problem, I'll just put some electrical tape on it.I'd recommend it due to the price, as other prices were $70 and higher.
