This stuff works so good. This container didn't have any issues. Forget the guacamole hacks and just put some of this in there. You're welcome.

You have to use a lot but very favorable. I've reordered 3 times now.

For dehydrated apples, soaked them according to directions on label and the apples did not turn brown., even after dehydrating for 10 hours. Also, sprinkled in Guac, and no browning st all, even two days later.Great stuff!

The grain size of this is a bit larger than a previous kind I used. This new bottle works just fine for my purpose. I usually eat half and apple every day, and didn't want to cut off brown part, or throw away a perfectly good half apple. I sprinkle some flakes on a cut apple, then sprinkle some flakes on a small flat plate, and place cut side down, and put plastic wrap over both, and refrigerate it till the next day. Keeps apple from turning brown.

I went to three grocery stores and could not find this product. I decided to try Amazon and you had it. It works perfectly on my granddaughters apples to keep them from turning brown.
