I raise/breed/show canaries. This is the only seed I will use from now on. It stores easily in a 5 gallon covered pail. I have never, ever had a problem with those little pantry moths and my birds love it. Always fresh and dry. This seed is a wonderful supplement to the chop and other fruits and veggies my birds get.

The seed mixture seems to me adequate; the price is good. I have been a canary breeder for more than 20 years. You can add a small amount of highly nutritious seeds (chia, hemp, sesame, poppy seeds) to your canary's diet to nourish them more. offer this into small feeders so they do not waste it.

This food looks good at first but now it is full of insect flying all over the house. I keep this on a seal container.

Excellent price, but my canaries just throws them everywhere. Very picky eaters.
