What can be simpler than adding some water to a coffee mug, stirring and zapping for one minute in a microwave? You have a warm, fluffy, yummy cake, just enough for one. Give it a couple minutes to finish it's cook, add the cream cheese icing and perfecto! Cake. The envelope is compact enough to tuck into a birthday card and hand over as a surprise. The manufacturer (Betty Crocker) offers several flavors in addition to dark chocolate and this one. So, if you've ever had the stomach rumblings for a slice of fresh cake while watching a show at night and the cupboard is bare, this is for you.

Really nice flavor & the icing is vanilla & yummy! However, it sure doesn't make a cupful! It is about a half a cup. The photo is misleading.I guess u need to use 2 packets if u want close to a cup! Still at that, the flavor is really good!

Just okay
It worked exactly as directed, but it was still kind of mushy. I wasn't a big fan of the texture when it was finished. The flavor was fine, tasted similar to a cinnamon roll, but it seemed undercooked. I didn't really enjoy it.
