I'm impressed!
Really nice piece. I was a bit nervous about ordering this, after reading many reviewers' complaints about receiving it in damaged condition, but I guess I lucked out since there's no damage on mine. If you DO receive one with damage, the manufacture advises you to contact them to request a replacement part, rather than returning the whole thing to the vendor.Assembling it isn't difficult, though it will take time, so make sure you do it when you have plenty of time to spare. Or, don't do it all in one day. I assembled the main body one evening, and then did the drawers the next morning. The instructions are pretty clear, though be warned that they're almost entirely visual, with practically no text whatsoever (you can check out the instructions on the manufacturer's website, if you're curious.) Fortunately, all the parts are labeled with small, numbered stickers, and the instructions reference those numbers, so it's simple enough to be sure you're working with the right pieces. And how does it look once it's all assembled? Quite nice! Sure, this isn't high-end furniture, it's mass produced MDF, so if you're expecting Ethan Allen or whatever, you'll need to spend more. But, having said that, this certainly doesn't look cheap (I've seen tv stands for double the cost that, honestly, don't look significantly better.) All the pieces fit together very nicely, so there are no unsightly gaps between pieces, and it all feels very solid and sturdy. Unlike some lower-end furniture, this one won't bow under the weight of your television. The top shelf, in particular, is really thick. The drawers are on rollers and they open and close smoothly, and offer a good amount of storage space. I was also glad to see that there are soft rubber discs for the cable holes in the back of the unit, so you can poke your cables through them, and you aren't left with huge gaping holes revealing the wall behind the unit. It's a small touch, but it does improve the appearance, so I'm not sure why the stock photo doesn't show them. So, if you're looking for an attractive, solid tv stand that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and you don't mind spending 2-3 hours assembling it, this one is definitely worth considering. I'm very happy with mine.

Well made TV stand — but proceed carefully with assembly
Overall, I am very happy with this. All of the pieces were machined perfectly, so everything fit together exactly as needed. There was no damage to any of the pieces. It is a solid piece of furniture, and it matched my floors perfectly. The instructions could have been better. I made a few dumb mistakes along the way, one of which required me to disassemble much of my work to that point. But I mostly blame myself for the errors. It’s very important that you are constantly aware of which is the front and back so that you put in each piece the right way. Also, some of the screws are very similar, and I realized too late at the end that I had used the wrong screws for an earlier step. So be sure to measure the screws if you are not sure. And make sure that you put the included glue in all the dowel holes — they don’t really clearly tell you that you are supposed to do that, but it’s really important. There are a LOT of pieces, but apart from my dumb mistakes, it was straightforward to assemble. Probably would take a couple of hours if you don’t make mistakes along the way. You’ll want a big area and perhaps a table to lay everything out on.Oh yeah — a power screwdriver is a must.

Satisfied...
The console is a decent piece of furniture. The finish is a satin white and it looks a little better than some boxed furniture. It comes shipped in one heavy box and is mor all that well secured inside it. One drawer panel was chipped and the company set a replacement. Putting it together is a chore. Dry fit the puwces before gluing. Be sure you tab down the wooden dowels. I didn't do that and ended up having to saw the end off some (most, actually) because I'd glued them in and they were too tall for the hole in the joined part. I did not use the legs but they seemed heavy duty enough to support the weight. I subbed in some leather drawer pulls, too. The drawer rollers work smoothly. Be aware that there are two different sized drawers. They are only about a half inch different so look a lot alike. If you don't pay attention, you might try to put them in the wrong slot and then get upset because they don't fit. The white "paint" is fragile and tends to chip around screw holes. Figuring out which of the several screw holes in the drawer rollers/slides can be tricky. Bust out your reading glasses for the tiny print on instructions.

Good looking, solid console
Very solid piece of furniture! Is the finish a little cheap? Sure. But it's very sturdy, fits perfectly in my living room, and looks more expensive than it is. I'm really happy with it! I would say the only downside is that it took me about 3 hours to put together. I will say, it was my first time putting together a piece of furniture like this, so don't hold me to that. But there are a lot of parts and pieces. It does come with good instruction and the pieces are clearly labeled and separated. This console is great, and I would definitely recommend! It arrived with no damage, perfect condition.

Clean look
This stand is ideal for my home decor but I had to add foot pads to prevent it from scratching the floor. Building it was simple and the upkeep is quick and easy.
