Arrived early which was the start of a good thing (3 days to arrive). Opened box and all parts appeared to be in good condition, no scratches on sides or top as others had mentioned. The feet were stored in the top drawer taped to the back. Handle were attached inside the cabinet. Assembly was a breeze. All predrilled holes lined up perfectly. Assembly included screwing on the legs, unscrewing then screwing hardware back on the outside. We did fine one small piece of wood had come unglued during shipping which was an easy fix. The drawer did not slide well which at first was a major concern but after applying a little bit of soap, no more problems. We are using this in our living room to store our dog's winter clothes (they are hairless so need it when temperature drops) Everything fit perfectly, coloring great and meets my needs. I am very please with this storage chest. I can't wait until the 3 drawer nightstands arrive.

Nice piece, good looking, solid wood for the most part. Sturdy as well. Would have given 5 stars except that the bottom metal strap bows out from the wood maybe one quarter inch. Not noticeable however once set up. While trying to fix this to no avail, I did notice that the wood is pretty soft. Really a great value considering that you can pay more for particle board.

I purchased and assembled the item. It is nice and easy to assemble. Than I noticed poor metal frame quality. The metal frame does not fit properly and there it is loose. It is not broken or damaged - it simply doesn't fit. Contacted Amazon - I can only ship it back what is not easy for me because it is still a bulky pice. I requested partial refund - no way. I will keep it because it looks nice but be aware not to expect quality.

Just arrived today. Bummed at all the damage to this piece of furniture which otherwise looks very attractive. Box didn’t have any apparent damage but when you find broken pieces of wood inside the piece of furniture and see some of the metal work is bent with a metal brass popped out, you start to wonder if they packaged it that way, or if such damage could really happen enroute if it was dropped or tossed around roughly. Really don’t want to hassle with returning. Disappointed.

Not as sturdy as I would have wanted. It's going to be a "bar" type area and the bottom is very flimsy. I also have to note that one of the legs needed to be drilled out. The look is very accurate and it will serve the purpose but I expected a better product based on other reviews.

Surprised at the fit and finish of this product. It was quite possibly the best piece of furniture I have ever purchased in terms of both how well it was packed and how well the instructions/labeling/bags were. The piece seems extremely sturdy and is beautiful. They went eve as far as having guide pins for the knobs. It is just a nice touch you do not expect in a product at this price point.

The cabinet is just beautiful! The packing was great too, so no shipping issues. I like the hardware as well - very fashionable. We are using ours for a vessel bowl sink cabinet. Our sink is made of quartz so it's quite heavy. The top is not quite strong enough, so I will have to reinforce the inside/top with 2x4's, with vertical legs. But that's not an issue with the cabinet. It happens to be the perfect height/size for a vessel sink.

I bought this on a whim because I was looking for an extra cabinet or side piece to go with my rustic / reclaimed look of other new furniture. It is really a pretty piece and great quality for the price. I love that it is made of reclaimed wood. Deliver was supposed to take 4-10 days and it arrived overnight!My only complaint is that the q&a said it is hardwood except for the back, and it definitely is but it definitely also had a veneer finish which takes away some of the mystique.
